Content Distribution & Monetization
As part of representation, artists participate in BoneheadMafia’s content distribution system. Music and videos hosted on agency-owned platforms are monetized and revenue is shared based on distribution, optimization, and promotion involvement.
How it Works
Step 1 — Apply
Artists submit music, links, and goals.
We’re not looking for everyone — we’re looking for ready.Step 2 — Review & Acceptance
We evaluate fit, direction, and market readiness.
If there’s alignment, we move forward.Step 3 — Agency Agreement
Accepted artists sign a non-exclusive agency agreement.
No upfront fees. No ownership. No long-term lock-ins.Step 4 — Opportunity Sourcing
We source and coordinate paid opportunities —
bookings, collaborations, production connections, and releases.All outreach and negotiations are handled by the agency during active opportunities.Step 5 — Execution & Payment
You get paid.
We take a 27% commission only on work we bring.If we don’t create value, we don’t get paid.
Services
Opportunity sourcing & representation
We source, negotiate, and coordinate paid opportunities including bookings, collaborations, brand work, and placements.
Bonehead Mafia earns 25% commission only on opportunities we bring to the table.
Content distribution & monetization
As part of representation, Bonehead Mafia manages content uploads, optimization, monetization, and revenue tracking across agency-controlled channels.
Revenue generated through agency distribution is split 60/40 in favor of the artist.
Creative Coordination
When needed, Bonehead Mafia coordinates producers, engineers, designers, and editors through its creative network.
All creative services are optional, approved by the artist, and handled on a project basis.
